Kiosk

Kiosk

Kiosk is the term used to describe the self-service portal within the baramundi Management Suite where users can complete specific IT tasks themselves. For example, IT admins place pre-configured applications in the Kiosk to give users the ability to independently install software they need for work. This reduces wait times and relieves IT administrators of the burdens of responding to simple or routine user requests. The baramundi Kiosk also serves as an enterprise app store.
