Its main performance characteristics include the administration of requests, errors and customer queries, user administration and customer and inventory administration.

OMNITRACKER® from OMNINET delivers IT structure information as CIs and therefore forms the basis for effective service management. The many interfaces of the baramundi Management Suite can be used by OMNITRACKER® as sources of information, which it can access directly.

OMNITRACKER® IT service management center covers the ITIL-compliant processes.
