GSTI Chile is an IT Service Management consulting company founded in 2010, in Santiago de Chile. G.S.T.I. is the spanish acronym of ITSM that means "Gestión de Servicios en Tecnologías de la Información".
GSTI Chile is the first OTRS System Integrator in Chile and delivers OTRS implementation services for OTRS Help Desk and OTRS ITSM products. GSTI Chile offers ITIL consulting services like ITIL Assessment (GAP analysis) and we also assist organizations to implement ITIL Processes with OTRS ITSM and Service Desk implementations and provide other tools for evaluating and improving IT quality indicators.
