I started at baramundi as an intern and working student while studying computer science. I also wrote my diploma thesis here and then stayed on as a software developer. Over the years, my role gradually evolved into that of an Agile Coach. I still remember the days when only four of us were developing the Management Suite. As we have grown significantly, there have been several reorganizations over the years. Whenever new processes are introduced, there are always areas that need further refinement. As an Agile Coach, one of my responsibilities is to initiate and support these changes.
