CD PROJEKT RED, a video game developer and publisher based in Warsaw, Poland, has made a name for itself worldwide with its video games.
Mikail Gawryluk, a help desk technician at CD PROJEKT RED, works with his colleagues to support 900 clients in Warsaw, 80 more in Krakow, 20 in Wroclaw, and several others at the company’s branches in the U.S., Korea, and China. “The entire implementation of the bMS took four days. The installation took place on Valentine’s Day, and since then the system has been running without interruption and without any noticeable downtime for end users, as the reboots required for configuration only occur outside of their working hours.
Since then, we’ve re-inventoried our hardware and software to optimize our license usage and thereby reduce our costs. In addition, we can now immediately identify all computers running outdated software and perform quick upgrades. Since then, incompatible files have also ceased to be an issue, and developers no longer have to deal with technical problems that keep them from doing their work."
