The address is protected upon receipt of the Project Registration application by baramundi software GmbH or baramundi software USA, Inc. Project Registration is valid for 12 months and is not automatically extended.

The partner undertakes not to develop any sales activities competing with baramundi in the promotion of the aforementioned project for the period of Project Registration.

baramundi assures that it will not involve any other partners in the aforementioned project without consultation with the partner. baramundi cannot prevent other partners from offering baramundi products in the same project.

However, baramundi Project Registration guarantees the partner exclusive support from baramundi for this project. No Project Registration is granted for public tenders.
