baramundi and EcholoN: Integrated Endpoint and Service Management
baramundi and EcholoN connect two key areas of IT operations: endpoint management and service management. Through a bidirectional interface between baramundi and EcholoN, information can be exchanged between the two systems and utilized in cross-system workflows. This allows technical information from endpoint management to be integrated with service, support, and ITSM processes in EcholoN.
This provides companies with a seamless connection between the technical management of their endpoints and the associated service processes. Information does not have to be viewed in isolation across different systems but can be made available wherever it is needed in the respective process. This integration thus supports transparent and efficient workflows between endpoint management, the service desk, and IT organizations.
