Your mission: As Marketing Manager (all genders), you will not only market the strong baramundi product and service portfolio - you will make it an unforgettable experience: from the strategic positioning of our new SaaS solution to maintenance throughout the entire life cycle. Your goal is to drive inbound pipeline generation and sales growth. Are you ready?

  • BE AN ALLROUNDER you manage aspects of marketing operations and digital marketing execution for events, paid advertising, social media channels, email and landing pages and find ways to drive more attendance, engagement, and pipeline from these programs 
  • UNDERSTANDING NEEDS You know what makes our target group tick, what they need and where they look for it to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • MONITORING SUCCESS You continuously monitor, analyze and measure the sucess  by using advanced metrics 
  • CREATE ATTENTION you develop and implement campaign plans, including demand generation and awareness programs, new product introductions, SEO and onsite optimization measures and other marketing projects 
  • BE A TRENDSETTER Keep up to date on the latest marketing automation, optimization and social media trends 
  • CLEAR COMMUNICATION You develop compelling marketing materials such as pitch decks, case studies and demo videos to effectively communicate and sell our product offering
  • TRANSFER KNOWLEDGE You develop and lead training for internal teams and external partners to provide a deep understanding of product benefits and customer value  
  • BE A TEAM PLAYER you work closely with our sales teams, product marketing, inbound marketing and technical support teams to ensure our content is current, accurate, complete and clearly addresses the needs of our customer based on data and user feedback 
  • HAVE FUN You will find your place in our colorful and collegial environment

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business 
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the B2B software business with a focus on unified endpoint, security and SaaS solutions 
  • Proven experience in developing effective go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns 
  • An eye for creative marketing approaches and the ability to turn innovative ideas into reality 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Assertiveness, strong communication skills and strong organizational skills 
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking  
  • Absolute team orientation and willingness to work in cross-functional teams 
  • Demand Generation experience 
  • Proficient in Hubspot, Demandbase, LinkedIn, Reddit and other paid digital strategies 
  • Ability to identify long term trends in data
