This is how our application process works
Your path to joining the baramundi team
For us, the application process is above all one thing: an opportunity to get to know each other on equal footing. Since every team is unique, no two processes are exactly the same. However, you can generally expect the following steps:

Application tips:
- Be yourself. We want to get to know you – not a perfect façade.
- Motivation letter? Not needed. Your résumé is enough. A few personal lines are still appreciated.
- Photo? Not required. If you include one, we’re happy to see it – but if not, that’s completely fine. What matters to us is your personality and your skills.
- Keep it clear and structured. Show us what you can do and what matters to you — brief and to the point. Special experiences, concrete strengths, or work samples? Always welcome!
- Show your interest. Learn about baramundi beforehand — and feel free to bring your questions.
- Stay honest. Tell us what you’re looking for — and what you want to learn (next).
- Punctual & prepared. It may sound obvious, but it makes a great impression.
- Mutual respect matters. We have conversations, not interrogations — and we’re just as curious about you as you are about us.
- Dress code? Come as you are. At baramundi, who you are matters more than what you wear. Whether it's jeans, sneakers, or a hoodie — wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Even in the interview. We value personality, not suits.
