baramundi expands centralized UEM and Intune co-management of Microsoft environments with multi-tenant support

Augsburg, December 11, 2025 – baramundi software AG today expanded multi-tenant and Intune co-management support in the baramundi Management Suite unified endpoint management (UEM) system, giving managed service providers (MSPs) and enterprise IT teams flexible, centralized control of complex, multi-site Windows environments by combining UEM and Intune capabilities.
IT teams at MSPs and larger organizations often face inefficient, time-consuming processes and greater administrative burdens when managing large, complex environments. For example, fragmented procedures make it hard to distribute software, updates, and security patches quickly and verify that each task was completed successfully.
The baramundi Management Suite with enhanced Intune co-management tackles the challenges of managing multi-tenant and distributed environments by using:
- Centralized multi-tenant management: Administrators can configure and manage endpoints across multiple Microsoft tenants within the baramundi Management Center using familiar procedures through a consistent management interface.
- Granular control: Synchronization jobs can be triggered selectively using a push method and executed for individual Entra ID groups and tenants. This enables precise control and customization for the specific needs of different customers or business areas.
- Flexible integration: The baramundi solution with Intune co-management works regardless of whether devices are already managed by Intune. This provides maximum flexibility for gradual migration or simultaneous operation of different operating systems or management strategies.
Managing endpoints across multiple Microsoft tenants has long been a challenge for MSPs and large enterprises," said Armin Leinfelder, Lead Product Manager at baramundi. "With our enhanced co-management feature, IT teams can now easily control different Windows endpoint environments through an intuitive interface, reducing complexity and increasing efficiency.
The multi-tenant feature integrates smoothly into the baramundi Management Suite’s co-management strategy, enabling organizations to effectively combine the strengths of Intune and baramundi UEM, following the "best of breed" approach. While Intune manages modern cloud scenarios, baramundi provides advanced automation, patch management for on-premises and hybrid devices, and centralized orchestration across multiple tenants.
The addition of multi-tenant support also underscores baramundi’s commitment to equipping IT teams with the tools and support they need to effectively provision, manage, and secure increasingly complex and distributed IT environments.
