Based on 413 verified customer reviews of 11 leading UEM solutions, baramundi ranked second overall among all evaluated vendors in the report, which cited the company’s strong vendor support, broad endpoint management capabilities, and consistent above-average scores across most areas. baramundi also achieved the second-highest Net Emotional Footprint score, reflecting the company’s strong long-term relationships with its customers. The Data Quadrant Report, part of Info-Tech Research Group’s SoftwareReviews program, evaluates solutions using direct customer feedback to ensure that rankings reflect real-world IT experiences.

baramundi’s Vendor Support score of 79% tied for second among all ranked vendors in the report, outperforming the category average of 75%. Customers praised the company’s responsive, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented support teams.
