This accessibility statement applies to the website www.baramundi.com. We have made every effort to ensure that our entire website is accessible. However, certain external content not directly integrated into our website (e.g., embedded third-party content) may not yet be fully accessible. Our website partially complies with the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 and is therefore considered to be partially accessible.

We are continuously working to remove all barriers and make the website accessible to everyone.

Despite our efforts, there are still some areas of our website that are not yet fully accessible. These include:

• Insufficient labeling of form controls: Some checkboxes and radio buttons have generic labels, making their specific purpose unclear to users.
• Missing descriptive labels on dropdown menus: Select lists currently lack clear labels that accurately convey the purpose or content of the selection.
• Inconsistent use of ARIA attributes: Important ARIA attributes such as aria-label and aria-labelledby are not used consistently, which may prevent assistive technologies from reliably conveying necessary information.
• Insufficient error messaging and focus management: Error messages are not always communicated in context or immediately, and the focus is not automatically directed to the first invalid field after a failed submission, making correction more difficult.
• Alternative Texts and Decorative Images: Decorative images are not always correctly marked as such.
• Missing Captions or Transcripts for Multimedia Content: Videos or audio files are not consistently provided with captions or transcripts.
• Visibility of Keyboard Focus: The visible focus during keyboard navigation is not clearly recognizable on all elements.
• Skip Links: There are insufficient skip links to allow direct access to the main content of the page.
• PDF documents: PDF documents are not fully optimized for accessible use.
• Legacy content: Some content published before the current legal requirements came into effect may not fully meet today's accessibility standards. Retrofitting this content would represent a disproportionate financial burden. All newly created content is continuously designed to be accessible.

We are continuously working to remove these barriers and will improve the affected functionalities as soon as possible.
