Computers, notebooks, printers, programs, external storage devices, and so on – you only know a fraction of the hardware, software and important assets that are actually in the company. You cannot keep up with network documentation, and data becomes obsolete faster than you can collect it. The result is:

You can use the bConnect interface of the baramundi Management Suite to make all data acquired during hardware and software inventory available to other applications immediately and always up-to-date. For example, when a call is made to the helpdesk, information on the configuration of the computer concerned and the software installed will always be at hand.
You can also use baramundi AUT if you need more information about how installed software is used. This module provides you with valid information about how often a certain application is used in a defined period. baramundi AUT meets the latest data protection requirements and is therefore not suitable for monitoring users. However, it will supply you with reliable data about the use and acceptance of software, and will make license management much easier.
Instead of creating inventories manually and constantly having to manage new lists, choose the automated creation of IT inventories for hardware and software with baramundi Inventory and baramundi AUT. You can use the baramundi Mobile Devices module to capture application and hardware information about your mobile endpoints. In addition, you can use the baramundi Network Devices module to scan the network devices in your IT infrastructure, catalog them, and display them in graphic form.
