Channel Marketing Manager Europe (all genders)

Do you bring partners together and drive goals forward?

As part of our central marketing team, you will develop effective co-marketing strategies with our strategic partners across Europe. You will work closely with online/inbound marketing, product marketing, event management, and partner sales to ensure that integrated campaigns strengthen our brands and drive our international growth.

Do what you do best:


  • STRENGTHEN PARTNERS You develop and manage international co-marketing programs with distributors, system houses, and technology partners—from conception to implementation
  • COORDINATE CAMPAIGNS You plan cross-channel campaigns together with internal teams – e.g., digital lead generation, content marketing, webinars, and events
  • FORMULATE SOLUTIONS You develop target group-specific content and materials for partner campaigns that optimally present our solutions
  • MEASURE PERFORMANCE You analyze the customer journey from awareness to conversion and derive optimizations, taking regional characteristics into account
  • GENERATE LEADS You support partner sales with targeted marketing measures for lead generation and activation
  • KEEP AN EYE ON THE BUDGET You are responsible for the partner marketing budget and work closely with the Head of Channel
  • MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS You build strong relationships with strategic partners and are regularly present at trade shows and partner events
  • DESIGN ENABLEMENT Together with various teams, you create sales and marketing documents, newsletters, onboarding materials, and organize enablement sessions and webinars

What we appreciate about you:

  • Degree in marketing, communications, economics, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in international B2B marketing, ideally in the software or IT environment
  • Experience working with sales partners, distributors, and alliances, as well as managing cross-functional teams
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, content marketing, and event planning 
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English, other languages an advantage
  • Ideally experience in the distribution environment
  • Team player with intercultural competence and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
  • Mobility, flexibility, and a high willingness to travel
