To support our growing international software business, we are looking for reinforcements for our SDR team with a focus on the Polish market as soon as possible. The position can be performed remotely from Poland or in a hybrid format – full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week). We are not a call center, but relationship builders. Our 18-person SDR team promotes products by phone, informs about events & roadshows, and reminds customers of promotions – now also in Poland. We engage with interesting people in engaging conversations, with lots of variety. That’s what defines us – and makes us different.

Do what you do best:
- INFORM YOURSELF You will inspire potential customers in Poland over the phone and schedule qualified appointments for our Polish-speaking sales colleagues
- DEVELOP IDEAS You will create creative ideas for target group-specific outreach in the Polish market.
- SPARK INTEREST You will engage prospects across Poland by phone and successfully generate appointments for your field sales colleagues. You’re also open to exploring other channels like LinkedIn (social selling) to reach decision-makers and win them over
- STAY ON TOP You will document your activities in the CRM system and support prospects on their journey to becoming customers
- TEAMWORK You will work closely with the international SDR team and the Polish sales team
What we appreciate about you:
- Several years of experience in outbound cold calling, ideally with complex products.
- Several years of experience in telephone marketing (prospecting), ideally in the Polish B2B market.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a results-driven mindset.
- Native Polish speaker with good English skills for internal coordination.
- Independent, structured work style – including in a home office setting.
- Interest in IT solutions and complex products.
