Network

Network

A network is a connection of computer systems and other devices that enables users to create and share information and collaborate across different locations.

The network is a central part of IT administrators’ jobs. They are responsible for setting up, configuring and managing network infrastructures used by their organization. This includes network architecture, network monitoring, security measures such as intrusion detection, and virtual private networks (VPNs).

When problems occur, IT administrators are the first point of contact for troubleshooting. They analyze error messages, diagnosis problems and correct faults to ensure network reliability.
