full-time | Finance & Controlling | Augsburg
“Accounting comes from responsibility.”
Our software is among the top solutions in unified endpoint management. Our finance organization is just as ambitious and professional as our product. To ensure our continued healthy growth, we are looking for someone who views accounting not merely as an administrative task, but as the foundation of our business.
Join our Finance & Controlling team and help shape the future with us—with precision, reliability, and foresight.

Do what you do best:

  • CLOSING EXPERTISE & ACCOUNTING QUALITY You independently prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB) and tax law. You ensure timely and high-quality financial statements and are responsible for all closing-related postings, including accruals, provisions, and valuation topics. In addition, you support the team in day-to-day operations by carefully preparing, documenting, and reviewing ongoing postings and contributing your expertise to routine accounting tasks.
  • ENSURING COMPLIANCE You ensure that all accounting, tax, and reporting processes comply with internal policies and statutory requirements.
  • DELIVERING OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE You ensure a stable and on-time record-to-report (R2R) operation: account reconciliations, cut-off implementation, closing entries, and audit-ready documentation are carried out according to defined standards. You technically prepare the accounting of foreign permanent establishments, review results, and ensure consistent and compliant reporting.
  • APPLYING STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS You analyze variances, validate closing figures, and identify risks at an early stage. You act as a subject-matter expert for accounting and valuation topics.
  • PROFESSIONALLY SUPPORTING AUDITS You prepare closing documentation for tax advisors and auditors, clarify technical questions, review results, and confidently support annual and special audits.
  • DEVELOPING & DIGITALIZING PROCESSES You identify weaknesses in closing and accounting processes, develop concrete improvements, and contribute to the further development of systems, tools, and work instructions.
  • SHARING KNOWLEDGE You support colleagues with complex issues, act as a quality assurance instance in the monthly close, and serve as a functional key user in the general ledger environment.
  • WORKING ACROSS DEPARTMENTS You work closely with Controlling and all other departments and actively contribute to the implementation of our company values.

What we appreciate about you:

  • Several years of professional experience in accounting, with a focus on general ledger and financial statements
  • Advanced qualifications (e.g. certified accountant/Bilanzbuchhalter:in, IFRS knowledge, advanced tax training)
  • In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting as well as German GAAP (HGB) and tax law
  • Proven experience and confidence in preparing monthly and annual financial statements as well as in process optimization projects
