To request an MDM Magic offer as part of the baramundi MDM Magic campaign, it is necessary to provide personal data (first name, last name, company name, e-mail address).

Use of your data for the campaign:
Presently, the data provided will only be used to carry out the campaign. If you are already assigned to one of our sales partners, we will pass on the data you have provided to the sales partner for this purpose. Beyond that, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The legal basis for the data processing required to carry out the campaign is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DS-GVO. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide your data. Failure to provide it would result in you not being able to participate in our campaign.

Storage period of your data:
Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. As a rule, this is 4 weeks after the end of the campaign, unless there are legal retention obligations. Legal retention obligations exist, for example, from the German Fiscal Code (6 years) or the German Commercial Code (10 years). 

Your rights:
With regard to your personal data, you have a right to information, to correction of incorrect data, deletion, restriction of processing as well as a right to object to processing, right to data portability as well as the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA) in Ansbach www.baylda.de.

You have the right to revoke a declaration of consent under data protection law with us at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.
