As Head of Team Customer Academy, you will lead a dedicated team of trainers, content creators, and working students. Together, you will ensure that our customers use our software solutions—especially in the area of endpoint management—securely, efficiently, and with enjoyment. You will design our learning offerings strategically and operationally and continuously develop them further.

Do what you do best:
- LEADING A TEAM You will lead, develop, and motivate an interdisciplinary academy team.
- DESIGNING LEARNING OFFERS You will be responsible for our entire training portfolio—from classroom training to e-learning and live webinars.
- THINKING AHEAD IN DIDACTICS You will further develop our learning formats and ensure a strong didactic concept.
- STRENGTHENING COOPERATION You will work closely with product management, customer success, and marketing to design learning content tailored to specific target groups
- MEASURING IMPACT You will analyze the success of your measures using relevant KPIs and derive new ideas from them
- DRIVING DIGITAL LEARNING You will actively drive the expansion of our learning platform and digital offerings
- HAVE FUN You will find your place in our colorful and collegial environment
What we appreciate about you:
- Several years of experience in managing training or learning teams – ideally in the software or SaaS environment
- Passion for knowledge transfer, both digital and in person
- Sound IT understanding and ideally experience in endpoint management
- Strategic thinking, pragmatic approach, and a strong customer focus
- A feel for modern learning formats and ideally experience with LMS systems
- Very good written and spoken German and English
