Many problems have quite simple solutions: you just have to go to the computer concerned, see the screen outputs, and be able to respond with the mouse and keyboard. baramundi Remote Control makes long trips unnecessary and allows you to access any computer as if it were your own.

This means that typical user problems, such as unresponsive printers, software configurations, or help with individual software features, can be resolved directly without great effort. The help can be fully tailored to the user: from telephone support with a view of their desktop, through to direct access to their computer. If an administrator or helpdesk employee is accessing a client, the name and photo of the employee can be shown there and the user asked for permission before they can gain access.

baramundi Remote Control supports on the remote system all common Microsoft Operating Systems from Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows Server 2012(R2), Windows Server 2008(R2).
