Hello, my name is Dirk. I started at baramundi in mid-2019 as Director Support & Managed Software. Since my apprenticeship, I have been working in customer support, first as a field engineer and then in various management roles. This area still excites me because I get the perfect combination of technology and people here. Each customer message is individual, each customer has his own tasks. The challenge is to find and offer the right approach in each case.
